Report an error

Email [email protected] or use the contact form with the page address and the figure or statement you think is wrong. Operators are welcome to do the same, with evidence.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your message within two working days.
2. We check the figure against our own measurement and the source.
3. If we were wrong, we correct the page and add a dated correction note at the bottom of it. We never change a published figure silently.
4. If a score changes because of a correction, the new score is calculated by the formula like any other.

Complaints about an operator

We cannot resolve disputes about betting or casino accounts. Contact the operator first; if that fails, go to the regulator or the alternative dispute resolution service named in the operator's terms. We do count complaints and how operators resolve them, and that record feeds the trust part of every score.
